As a former elite athlete, I've always understood the vital importance of fueling the body with the right nutrients. My journey began with a deep passion for health and wellness, which led me to pursue a bachelor's degree in Health Promotion and Behavior from the University of Georgia. From there, I advanced my education at Nova Southeastern University, where I earned my Master's of Medical Science as a Physician Assistant.
 

For the past 15 years, I've dedicated myself to the field of cardiothoracic and vascular surgery, helping countless patients through challenging times and guiding them on their road to recovery. My experience has taught me the significance of comprehensive care—ensuring that patients not only heal physically but also feel their best emotionally and mentally.
